Was one of the Few places open on New year's Day! A great find, almost hidden away. Chilled out spot when it's not busy. Kid friendly with games and colouring pencils.

If you are looking for a cafe that serves great coffee and has a unique vibe, you should check out Collector’s Coffee House in Mitcham. The cafe is decorated with vintage memorabilia, guitars, books, and collectibles that create a charming and cozy atmosphere. You can also enjoy the outdoor seating area and admire the original 1935 Hornby train set and the 1956 Olympic tickets and programs. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the coffee is smooth and delicious. They use ethically sourced beans and specialty roasted blends, and they also offer biodegradable and recyclable cups and lids. The food is also yummy and made to order, with a variety of options from breakfast to lunch. I ordered a bacon and egg baguette and it was filling and satisfying. They also have some tempting desserts that I will try next time. Collector’s Coffee House is a local gem that deserves more recognition. It’s a perfect place to relax, enjoy, and feel the love.

Coffee was decent. Ordered their Vietnamese pulled pork baguette and the flavours were on point but the baguette was a bit soggy from the sauce drenched on the inside of the bread. Would be better if the baguette was crispier and the sauce was on the pork instead of on the inside of the bread.

Great local coffee house that never disappoints. Very cosy atmosphere, never feels loud or "echo-y" even when there are large groups. Great place to have a breakfast date or a quiet reflective coffee on your own. The food and drinks are excellent. Highly recommend the baguettes. It's so nice to have a change from the sour dough obsession that most other cafes have. The staff are super friendly and it's just a really nice place!

Loved the decor of the cafe and great location. Not much of a greeting or a smile from staff throughout. The soy milk was over heated so the coffee tasted sour.Regular milk magic was good. Liked it!The lady who we assume is the owner came out to take our order, she was very pleasant.Edit: Love how the owner Deb replies to each review. We value that ! Thank you for the wonderful response deb and we will definitely be back !

I feel lucky to have come across this resutaurant. I normally go shopping at Coles and grab a coffee nearby that doesnt give me a chance to walk around the train station. I reckon i can take extra minutes to come here for my coffee next time after shopping. This restaurant is small but has really good atmosphere. The coffee is awesome also.Higly recommended.

Best Coffee in MitchamTheir Roast is not too dark and I find the flavour hard to beat. It's a very family oriented vibe too, not just a great place to bring your kids - but also a place where you feel part of the Collector's Family (aka Community). They make Great Coffee, they have Great Cakes... They're off the beaten path just enough for you to feel like you've found your own Cosy Secret... And they have Great Customer Service - Highly Recommend you try coffee at least once... That'll keep you coming back haha

A well decorated Cafe nearby Mitcham station. Food was good, coffee was just okay; burnt my tongue with the first sip. Service was average; needed a reminder to send water over to the table. It would be great if this place could upgrade their rangehood to get rid of the greasy air. Both hair and clothes needed to be thoroughly washed after the visit.

We found Collectors one day looking for a parking spot near the station. We were so pleasantly surprised!!What an excellent coffee they make and we are slowly but surely working our way through the lovely menu.Great comfortable, tasteful feel at home decor inside and a nice outdoor area to watch the world go by if you want.Oh, yes, the music is great for us older folks with a bit of Elvis, Mason Williams etc etc.Love it here!! The staff are friendly and efficient. What more could you want??
